I HAD A $300.00 PAY DAY LOAN, AS HE SAID. NO,I DID NOT THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED. THERE ARE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS TO TAKE ACTION AND STAY ON THEIR TRAIL FOR THE AUTHORITIES TO RUN THEM OUT EVERY TIME THEY START UP AGAIN. BUT..... THAT COULD TAKE PRECIOUS TIME FROM OUR AUTHORIES LOOKING FOR MISSING CHILDREN AND SUCH. I BELEIVE THERE DAY WILL COME, HARD TOO. JUST DO NOT ANSWER. I ANSWERED WITHOUT LOOKING AT CALLER ID DUE TO MY GRANDMOTHER IS BEING PLACED IN HOSPICE CARE TODAY AND I HAVE HAD FAMILY AND FRIENDS CALLING. Called regarding that they are contracted by Dept. of Treasury to collect debts owed to them. When I contacted my bank, Dept of Treasury, (by phone and email) they said that the Dept. doesn't use collection agencies, and there is no case in my name. Bottom line, Scam!!
